Isabel Matute

Isabel Matute has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Isabel is currently working at Ausenco as a Lead Talent Acquisition for Chile, Argentina, and Peru. Prior to that, they held the same position at Ausenco for the Chile and Argentina region. Before joining Ausenco, Isabel worked at Korn Ferry as a Senior Associate and Associate, where they managed the talent acquisition process for various clients and regions. Isabel also has experience as a Talent & People Culture Consultant at World Trade Center Santiago, where they were responsible for the end-to-end talent acquisition process and managing various projects. Isabel also worked as an HR Business Partner at Grupo C+, and as an HR Generalist at Sociedad Industrial Romeral S.A. Isabel started their career as a Freelance Talent Acquisition Consultant at Fuchs Consultores and completed an internship as an Organizational Development Analyst at Holding Viña Concha y Toro.

Isabel Matute obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Central in Chile from 2010 to 2014. Isabel also pursued a Diploma in Strategic HR Management and Competency Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, which they completed in 2014. In 2018, they attended ISS Language & Career College in British Columbia, Canada, where they studied English.
