Lauren M. Howell is a seasoned marine biologist with extensive experience in environmental planning and ecology. Currently serving as the Senior Lead and Marine Team Manager at Ausenco since February 2021, Lauren oversees marine projects and leads a team focused on environmental planning. Previously, Lauren held roles at Boskalis as a Technical Specialist and at Bailey Environmental Consulting Inc. as an Environmental Scientist, managing field programs. Early career experiences include research on microplastics at Ocean Wise and contributions to technical data reports at Stantec. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Marine Biology from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Science in Marine and Freshwater Biology from the University of Guelph.
