Matthew Swanson

Matthew Swanson is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in process engineering, particularly within the coal processing industry. Currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at Ausenco since October 2020, Matthew previously held the position of Process Engineer at QCC Resources from February 2011 to October 2020, where responsibilities included conducting comprehensive studies and simulations. Earlier experience includes serving as a Graduate Environmental Engineer at AECOM Australia Pty Ltd, focusing on modeling and emissions testing for various industrial clients. Matthew's foundational experience began at Macquarie Generation, where significant achievements included enhancements to condenser performance monitoring and contributions to carbon sequestration research. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Chemical Engineering from the University of Newcastle, completed in 2009.
