Sally Gillies

Sally Gillies, P.Geo., serves as Technical Director - Geology & Compliance at Ausenco since March 2022, where responsibilities include reviewing technical reports for compliance with NI 43-101, S-K 1300, and JORC, providing guidance on regulatory requirements, and developing workshops on disclosure challenges. Previously, from December 2009 to March 2022, Sally held various roles at TMX Group, culminating as Senior Manager - Geology & Technology, overseeing filings for major transactions and compliance with geological disclosure policies. With a robust background in geology, Sally's experience includes positions as Senior Geologist and Acting Chief Geologist at several mining companies, contributing to exploration projects across various geological targets. Sally holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Geology from The University of Western Australia and a Master of Science in Geology from The University of Alabama.
