Alecia Colella

Alecia Colella has a diverse work experience across various industries. Alecia started their career as an intern at the Massachusetts Film Office and later interned at Brickyard VFX. In 2015, Alecia worked as a teaching assistant and reading tutor at Westwood Charter School, as well as a client service coordinator and office assistant at Apache Digital. Alecia then took on the role of general manager at Tempest Freerunning Academy, where they also worked as a front desk agent. In 2019, they served as an assistant manager at Milk Bar. Alecia transitioned to the field of human resources, starting as a human resources assistant at Hockomock Area YMCA, followed by a human resources internship at Uncommon Goods. From 2021 to the present, they have been a senior human resources coordinator at FilmRise. In 2023, Alecia joined AUSGAR Technologies Inc. as a human resources administrator.

Alecia Colella attended Gordon College from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies. Alecia then pursued further education at Southern New Hampshire University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services. In addition to their degrees, Alecia Colella obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the institution SHRM in June 2023.
