Vinh Tran

Vinh Tran's work experience begins in 1991 when they served as a DIVO in the US Navy until 1993. Vinh then returned to the US Navy in 1998 as an N4 until 2000. In 2002, they became a Senior Project Manager in the US Navy until 2006. Since 2009, Vinh has been working at AUSGAR Technologies INC, where they held various roles including Director of Programs and Director of Future OPS/Sr. PM. In these roles, they managed Information Assurance/Information Security business sector, contracts, personnel, and projects for C4ISR developmental/acquisition projects and programs. Vinh oversaw technology development and implementation, marketing, staff planning, and resource allocation within the program client base. Vinh Tran began their education in 1984 when they enrolled at the University of Oklahoma, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics. After completing their undergraduate studies in 1988, Vinh Tran furthered their education by attending the Naval Postgraduate School from 1993 to 1995. During their time at the Naval Postgraduate School, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering.
