Pam Hailey

Pam Hailey, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Programs at Strata-G Solutions, LLC since September 2025. Prior to this role, Pam held various positions at Integration Innovation, Inc. from June 2018 to August 2025, including Deputy Business Unit Lead and Org Lead/Program Manager. Pam also has experience at LMI as a Program Manager from February 2013 to June 2018, and previously worked at TMRA Consulting, Inc. and ATI as a Senior Consultant and Operations Manager, respectively, in 2012. Early career experience includes serving as Operations and Asset Manager at Watercress Development, LLC from January 2010 to 2012. Pam's educational background consists of a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
