Mahya Rassafiani

Mahya Rassafiani is an undergraduate electrical engineer currently employed at Ausgrid since November 2022. Prior roles include a casual academic lab demonstrator at UNSW from September 2021 to May 2023, as well as an undergraduate electrical engineer at Endeavour Energy (NSW) from December 2021 to February 2022. Mahya has experience as a grocery team member at Woolworths Supermarkets from November 2020 to January 2023, and served as a second-year representative at ELSOC UNSW and a public relations subcommittee member for the UNSW Women in Engineering Society from February to November 2021. Initial experience in customer service was gained as a barista at Gloria Jean's Coffees from April to July 2018. Mahya is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at UNSW, with an educational background that includes a high school diploma from Cherrybrook Technology High School earned in November 2019.
