Anthony Tilton

Anthony Tilton is a shareholder at Ausley McMullen since April 2021, previously serving as a partner at Cotney Attorneys & Consultants from January 2013 to April 2021, and starting as a senior associate at Trent Cotney, P.A. Notable early experience includes a legal internship at the United States Attorney's Office in the Economic Crimes Unit, where research assistance was provided and memoranda for federal fraud cases were drafted. Additional legal internships were completed at the Office of Civil and Regional Counsel 12th Judicial Circuit, focusing on criminal issues. Before transitioning to law, Anthony gained extensive experience in the construction industry, working in various roles from laborer to site supervisor and safety officer, while also developing carpentry skills. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of Georgia.
