Hayden Flack

Hayden Flack is a Senior Network Engineer at Aussie Broadband since January 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles as a Senior Network Engineer and Network Engineer at Superloop from June 2017 to January 2023, where responsibilities included merging legacy networks, designing networking solutions, and supporting an international MPLS network. Prior to Superloop, Hayden served as an L3 Network Engineer, Corporate Support Engineer, and Wholesale Support Engineer at BigAir Group from December 2010 to June 2017, focusing on third-level escalations, network infrastructure solutions, and complex troubleshooting. Hayden’s career began at AccessPlus as a Technical Support Representative and Network Administrator, providing technical support and managing hotspot networks. Hayden holds a Bachelor of ICT in Information Systems from the University of the Sunshine Coast, completed in 2014.
