Viet Nguyen Tuan currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Austdoor Group, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Viet was the Human Resources Director at EUROWINDOW from September 2009 to September 2022, overseeing a department of 52 individuals across four sections: human resources, salary-policy, recruitment-training, and administration. Key responsibilities included developing human resources strategies and policies, managing recruitment and training, ensuring effective labor relations, and organizing administrative functions to support the company's operations. Viet holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, completed between 1998 and 2002.
