Jennifer Bolan

Ms. Bolan oversees the firm’s overall operations, including investments from due diligence during the acquisition process, to the creation of operating procedures, budgeting, forecasting, leasing, as well as property management and human resource protocols. She is a voting member of the Investment Committee. Ms. Bolan provides value to the lenders and investors via her quality control oversight program. She possesses over 20 years of experience in accounting/finance, with a strong focus on financial analysis. She also worked in the energy sector for nine years gaining vast experience with structuring and analyzing MLPs, project management and leadership training. Jen joined ACA in 2016 as the Company’s controller before being promoted to COO.
