Tasha Hussey

Tasha Hussey is an accomplished educational leader and technologist with extensive experience in distance education and instructional support. Currently serving as the Interim Director of Distance Education Support Services at Austin Community College, Tasha leads a team focused on enhancing remote learning through innovative solutions and mentorship. Tasha has a proven track record in developing operational procedures and training materials that support online learning environments, notably during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, Tasha is the Chief Executive Turtle at Lavender Turtle, a digital web agency that assists businesses with web development and support. With a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems and a background in instructional technology and course design, Tasha has also held multiple roles that emphasize supporting faculty and students in various educational settings.
