Erin Murphy

Erin Murphy has extensive experience in customer service and support roles, currently serving as a Cashier Customer Service at the Austin Convention Center since October 2016. Previously, Erin worked as a Temporary Worker at Evins Personnel Consultants, Inc., during which time duties included serving as a Call Center Representative for Maximus, performing document editing and inquiries for the State Comptroller, and working as event staff for The University of Texas at Austin. Earlier professional experience includes a short stint as a Reader at Data Recognition Corporation for data entry and a significant tenure at Kohl's Department Stores as a Point of Sale associate, where customer service and cash handling were primary responsibilities. Erin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Kaplan University and has pursued further education at Austin Community College from 2021 to 2023.
