Samantha Cowen

Samantha Cowen has worked as the Human Resources Director at the Austin Disaster Relief Network (ADRN) since August 2022. Before that, they were a Human Resources Consultant at Budlong from December 2021 to November 2022. Prior to Budlong, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Typhoon Texas Waterpark from January 2018 to November 2022.

Samantha Cowen completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Concordia University Texas, which they pursued from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Sociology from the University of Oregon, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Samantha also holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Oregon. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in February 2019.
