Richard Stenson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Richard started their career as a Consultant at Robert Walters in 2005, specializing in Search and Selection within Human Resources. During their time there, they built and maximized relationships with clients and provided recruitment solutions. In 2006, they joined Alexander Mann Solutions as a Principal Resource Specialist, where they focused on delivering recruitment solutions and creating a motivational environment for their team. In 2008, they moved to PracticusHR as a Senior HR Consultant, before joining Austin Fraser in 2011. At Austin Fraser, they initially served as a Client Services Manager, offering talent in Life Sciences and IT and Digital environments. Richard later took on the role of Commercial & Legal Director, where they had overall responsibility for commercial agreements and managing risk and compliance for the UK, Germany, and the US.

Richard Stenson attended Reading Blue Coat School from 1988 to 1993. Richard then pursued a Bsc (Hons) degree in Education And Health at Middlesex University from 1994 to 1998.
