Emma Turner is an accomplished legal professional with a robust background in public law, litigation, and aged care. Currently serving as General Counsel at Austin Health since February 2024, Emma previously held the position of General Counsel and Company Secretary at CareChoice, where a commitment to tailored care for individuals was paramount. Emma's extensive experience includes roles at Russell Kennedy Lawyers as Principal and Special Counsel, where legal expertise encompassed administrative law and human rights, and as an Associate at the Department of Health Victoria, providing administrative and legal support.
