Niall Tebbutt

Niall Tebbutt is a highly experienced medical oncologist specializing in the treatment of gastro-intestinal cancers. Recently serving as the Director of Medical Oncology at Austin Health since October 2002, Niall also holds a position at the Olivia Newton-John Cancer and Wellness Centre. Niall has a notable history in clinical and translational research related to gastro-intestinal cancers and previously served as Director of the GI Cancer Institute & Australasian Gastro-Intestinal Trials Group from April 2009 to May 2024. Niall's educational credentials include a Senior Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School, a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Melbourne, and a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Oxford, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Physiological Sciences from the same institution.
