Paul Toner

Paul Toner is an accomplished pharmacy professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various healthcare institutions. Currently serving as the Director of Pharmacy at Austin Health since October 2025, Paul has previously held the position of Director of Pharmacy at The Royal Melbourne Hospital & NorthWestern Mental Health from October 2014 to October 2025, along with roles as Deputy Director Pharmacy (Clinical Operations) and Pharmacy Medicine and Emergency Team Leader. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Clinical Pharmacist and Acting Lead Pharmacist at County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust, Pharmacy Manager at St Anthony's Pharmacy and Alliance Pharmacy, and Clinical Pharmacist at Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
