Glenda Calvo

Glenda Calvo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Glenda recently joined FROSCH as an Online Support Specialist - Tier 2 in June 2022. Prior to this, Glenda worked as a Volleyball Coach at Austin Performance Volleyball since August 2018. Glenda also served as the Head Volleyball Coach at Austin Waldorf School from August 2019 to June 2023.

In the travel industry, Glenda gained extensive experience at TripActions, where they held various roles including Senior Travel Agent I, Travel Agent II, Travel Agent I, and Associate Travel Agent from August 2021 to June 2022. Before that, they worked at Ovation Corporate Travel as a Senior Site Administrator responsible for programming online booking tools and resolving tech support cases from February 2013 to July 2021.

Additionally, Glenda has automation expertise from their time at CADENCE®, where they handled tasks related to automation services for online booking tools and reporting tools from May 2007 to February 2013. Glenda also worked as a Senior Travel Consultant at Callaway Golf, an On Site Travel Coordinator at Intuit, and a Sr. Travel Consultant at Motorola.

Glenda Calvo attended California State University, Long Beach from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. In addition to their formal education, Glenda has also obtained several certifications in the field of travel administration. Glenda received the Concur Travel Certification from Concur in November 2015, the GetThere Reseller certification from GetThere in January 2010, the Deem Site Administration certification from Deem, Inc. in May 2007, the GetThere Policy Administration certification from GetThere in April 2007, and renewed their GetThere PNR & Profile Strings certification in March 2007.
