Alvin Livingstone

Alvin Livingstone, PE, has extensive experience in engineering and transportation projects. With a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of New Haven, Alvin has held various key positions in different companies, including City of Phoenix, Valley Metro RPTA, AECOM, and currently, Austin Transit Partnership. Alvin's roles have ranged from Civil Engineer to Senior Vice President of Engineering, demonstrating their expertise and leadership in the field.
