Barbara Birkner

Barbara Birkner started their work experience in 2001 as a Pädagogische Mitarbeiterin at Don Bosco Heim, where they worked until 2006. From 2006 to 2014, they worked as a Pädagogische Mitarbeiterin at Münchner Waisenhaus. In 2012, they were a Werkstudentin at LEWIS PR. In 2013, they became a Praktikantin im Bereich Personalberatung at Moreen Jackson Consulting GmbH. From 2014 to 2021, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Progressive, ein Geschäftszweig der SThree GmbH. Currently, they are working at Austin Vita, where they started as a Senior Principal Consultant in 2021 and was promoted to Principal Director in 2022 and then to Senior Principal Director in 2023.

Barbara Birkner obtained a Bachelor's degree in Kommunikationswissenschaften und Soziologie from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München between the years 2010 and 2013.
