Terry P. Mitchell

Terry P. Mitchell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including philanthropy, community development, and business operations. Currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at Creative Action, Mitchell focuses on enhancing community impact through strategic fundraising initiatives. In addition, Mitchell co-chairs The Black Fund at the Austin Community Foundation, promotes women's empowerment as a board member of Austin Woman Magazine, and supports societal change as a board member of the Black Leaders Collective. As the Chief Operations Officer of Glam Beauty Bar, Mitchell oversees a beauty service establishment while previously holding a similar position at E & Co Tech, a boutique software development firm. Education includes a BS in Business/Corporate Communications from The University of Texas at Austin.
