Mauri Elizondo is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 20 years of IT Program and Project Management experience in the Telecom, Government, Law Enforcement, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing and Food & Beverage industries. Mauri’s depth of knowledge and skills, along with her ability to build strong relationships with her clients and teams, has made her a trusted advisor as well as an effective practitioner.

Mauri’s expertise across multiple project management disciplines has resulted in successful implementations, which have led to reductions in operating costs, as well as increases in productivity and efficiency. She has been responsible for physical infrastructure and technical process consolidations, including data center build out and consolidation, which reduced an organization's operational costs by millions. Her proficient ability to efficiently manage long-term, multi-faceted IT projects across multiple industries allows her to firmly grasp the big picture in any organization and add intrinsic value as a proven problem solver.

At AustinCSI, Mauri is responsible for leadership development and ensuring our culture of caring for our consultants, as well as our clients, is continuous across all geographies and industries. She is an accredited PMP, as well as ITIL Foundations and Scrum Master certified. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.
