Melissa Studman has extensive experience in strategic program and portfolio management, currently serving in this capacity at Australia Post since May 2013, alongside a role as Head of Operations Customer Contact. Prior to Australia Post, Melissa spent four years at Water Corporation as Continuous Improvement Manager for the Aroona Alliance, focusing on continuous improvement and risk program management, and design and delivery of performance metrics and governance frameworks. Earlier positions include Business Initiatives Manager and Operations Coordination Manager at Telstra for a brief period in 2008, as well as Operations Support Manager at Stellar Call Centres from 2001 to 2007. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business from Edith Cowan University, earned between 1997 and 2000.
