Pola Trofimiuk

Pola Trofimiuk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and service design, currently serving as the Research and Service Design Manager at Australia Post since September 2021. In this role, Pola leads a team focused on identifying service improvement opportunities through mixed methods research, ensuring competitive customer and merchant experiences. Previously, Pola held positions including Senior Design Researcher at Australia Post, Design Researcher at MYOB, and User Experience Researcher across various companies such as 99designs and RateMyAgent Australia. Pola's expertise encompasses a wide variety of research methodologies, including journey mapping, prototype testing, and workshop facilitation, with a strong background in mentoring and upskilling UX designers. Pola holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Management from Monash University.
