Soren White

Soren White is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Network Planning and Design at Australia Post since October 2021, where responsibilities include maintaining the strategic Network Plan and utilizing predictive data analytics for future infrastructure development. Soren co-founded Rare Earth Hair in January 2012, transforming an aging salon into a premier hair salon in Melbourne. Previously, Soren held senior roles at Jetstar Airways as Senior Manager of Australasian Networks, at Ernst & Young as Manager of Operational Transaction Services, and at PricewaterhouseCoopers as Executive in Pre and Post Deal M&A. Soren's career began as a Lean Business Consultant at Telstra, contributing to the development of a Lean service model. Soren holds a Master's and an Advanced Diploma in Financial Management from the University of Melbourne, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Griffith University.
