Clinton Ayers

Clinton Ayers has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Clinton currently works as a Carbon Program Manager at Australian Agricultural Company (AACo) since November 2022. Prior to this, Ayers held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Carbon Farming Consulting Pty Ltd, starting in May 2022.

Clinton Ayers also has experience as a Director at Ayers Projects P/L, a Land Management business that they owned and operated. Clinton was involved in various projects, including the establishment of Synergia Grazing from 2011 to 2017.

Additionally, Ayers served as a Director at Bugs & Biology, where they focused on facilitating education in developing farming operations. Clinton has been a member of the Pastoralists and Graziers Association of WA since January 2000.

In terms of their involvement in the carbon industry, Ayers worked as the New Business Development at Select Carbon Pty Ltd from May 2018 to April 2022. Clinton was also a Director at Synergia Grazing Co from April 2011 to February 2017.

Furthermore, Ayers was a Partner at Yarrabee Grazing Co from 1994 to February 2017. Clinton has also been a member of ISAC AWEX and served as the State Representative for Woolpoll AWI from 2003 to 2006.

Clinton Ayers attended the Marcus Oldham Farm Management College from 1984 to 1986, where they earned an Associate Diploma of Farm Management. In 2004, they also completed a program at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, earning a Graduate certificate. Previously, Clinton attended Shore school from 1973 to 1981, where they obtained their HSC.
