Alex Collivas

Alex joined ABGF from OwnHome, an Australian property technology company where he led the capital and finance divisions. Prior to that, he spent over three years as a growth investor in Australian SMEs. Alex is a member of the ABGF investment team.

As OwnHome’s second founding employee, Alex launched and scaled the business, providing invaluable experience in building a great business in Australia. As an investor, Alex helped founders and management teams grow their businesses as well as plan and execute on successful exits. Alex has a Bachelor of Laws and Commerce, majoring in finance from the University of Queensland.

Alex moved to Melbourne to help grow ABGFs physical presence and to be within the foodie capital of Australia. In his spare time, Alex and his partner Yasmin are avid travellers with a particular interest in Mediterranean islands.
