Smriti Roy

Smriti Roy is a seasoned procurement and supply chain professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles, currently serving as a Procurement Project Manager for the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group at Defence Australia since July 2025. Prior to this, Smriti held the position of Procurement Category Manager ANZ at Amplifon for three months in 2025 and worked at Rocky Brands, Inc. as Category & Supply Chain Operations Manager for the Asia Pacific region from 2021 to 2025, following a long tenure at Honeywell from 2010 to 2021 in multiple product marketing and operations roles. Smriti started the career as a Business Analyst at Brickwork India and briefly served as a Financial Services Consultant at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited. Smriti holds an MBA in Marketing and Operations Management from Alliance Business School and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology.
