Andrew Sella is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communications, marketing, and stakeholder management. Currently serving as Senior Director at the Australian Federal Police since March 2021, Andrew has held multiple leadership roles including Senior Director for Strategic Communications, Culture & Communications, and Taskforce HORIZON. Prior to this, Andrew was Senior Manager of Marketing at SERVICE ONE Alliance Bank, where responsibilities included brand development, market research, and managing external partnerships. Andrew's career also includes significant roles at the Australian Taxation Office as a Communications Strategist and at the Australian Sports Commission as a Senior Account Manager and Marketing Consultant. Andrew holds a Communication Honours degree and a Bachelor of Communication in Advertising/Marketing Communication from the University of Canberra.
