Elizabeth Campbell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Elizabeth began their career as a Graduate at Nielsen in February 2011 and later became a Senior Insights Executive before leaving in February 2013. In February 2013, they joined the Consumer Council of F as a Market Research Trainer and held the role until November 2013. From November 2013 to July 2017, Elizabeth worked at Reconciliation Australia, where they served as a Policy Research Officer and later became the Program Manager for Indigenous Governance Awards. Elizabeth then joined National Australia Bank in November 2017 as an Associate Director for Indigenous Affairs, a position they held until August 2021. Currently, Elizabeth is employed at the AFL - Australian Football League as an Inclusion and Social Policy Manager, starting in August 2021.

Elizabeth Campbell completed their Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Political Science/Linguistics at the University of Melbourne from 2006 to 2009. Elizabeth then pursued their Master of International Public Health degree at the University of Sydney from 2014 to 2015, focusing on International Public Health.
