Regional Manager - Remote Projects, NT at Australian Football League

Gemma Scales has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Gemma is currently working at the AFL - Australian Football League as the Regional Manager for Remote Projects in NT. Prior to this, they served as the Remote Projects & Grants Coordinator at AFL.

Before joining the AFL, Gemma worked at Baseball Northern Territory as the General Manager and Governance Director. Gemma also had a brief stint at Baseball Victoria as the Interim Chief Executive Officer.

In addition, Gemma has experience in sports development and administration through their roles at Softball NT as a Development Officer, Stay Active Children's Sports Programs as a Children's Sport Facilitator, and Adelaide Bite as an Onfield Coordinator.
