Gemma Scales

Gemma Scales has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Gemma is currently working at the AFL - Australian Football League as the Regional Manager for Remote Projects in NT. Prior to this, they served as the Remote Projects & Grants Coordinator at AFL.

Before joining the AFL, Gemma worked at Baseball Northern Territory as the General Manager and Governance Director. Gemma also had a brief stint at Baseball Victoria as the Interim Chief Executive Officer.

In addition, Gemma has experience in sports development and administration through their roles at Softball NT as a Development Officer, Stay Active Children's Sports Programs as a Children's Sport Facilitator, and Adelaide Bite as an Onfield Coordinator.

Furthermore, Gemma has showcased their leadership and organizational skills while working as a Pool Lifeguard/Receptionist at the City of Burnside and as a Camp Councilor/Assistant Coach/Pool Lifeguard at JCC Maccabi Sports Camp.

From 2018 to 2019, Gemma Scales attended Swinburne University of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Sports Management.
