Georgia Hines

Georgia Hines has a diverse work experience in various companies. Georgia is currently working as a People Business Partner at the AFL - Australian Football League since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Woolworths Group as an Employee Relations Case Specialist from September 2021 to December 2022. Georgia also held the role of an Employee Relations Advisor at Woolworths Group from March 2021 to September 2021. Before joining Woolworths Group, they worked as a Human Resources Advisor at Ampol Australia from January 2020 to March 2021. Georgia'searlier work experience includes roles as a Human Resources Coordinator at Bunnings from October 2018 to December 2019 and in administration at Bunnings from December 2014 to October 2018.

Georgia Hines began their education in 2014 at the University of Sydney, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree. Georgia then attended RMIT University from 2019 to 2020, obtaining a Master's degree in Human Resource Management. Georgia further enhanced their professional qualifications by completing certifications such as Professional Member (MAHRI) from the Australian HR Institute (AHRI) in July 2021 and Job Evaluation (Hay) from Korn Ferry in February 2021. Additionally, they completed courses in Developing Global Leadership and Building Cultural Intelligence at RMIT University in May 2020 and August 2019, respectively. Currently, Georgia is pursuing a Juris Doctor degree in Law at Macquarie University, which started in 2021 and is expected to be completed in 2025.
