Jacqui Sandland has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jacqui currently works as an AFL Umpires Performance & Wellbeing Psychologist for the AFL - Australian Football League. In this role, they focus on the mental health and performance of the AFL umpires. Before that, they served as the AFLW Mental Health Practice Lead for the same organization.

Jacqui Sandland completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media and Culture from the University of South Australia, graduating in 2005. In 2015, they pursued further studies and obtained a Bachelor of Psychological Science from the University of Adelaide, which they completed in 2016. Later, in 2017-2018, Jacqui pursued a Master's degree in Sports and Exercise Psychology from The University of Queensland.
