Match Review Lead at Australian Football League

Josh Attwood has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Josh began their career in 2011 at the Ballarat City Council, where they worked as a Customer Service Officer. In this role, they handled front-line customer service tasks at the Ballarat Aquatic & Lifestyle Centre, including membership and program enrollments, till reconciliations, and POS reports. Josh also worked as a Gymnastics Coach and Shift Supervisor at the same center, where they were responsible for coaching recreational gymnastics classes and supervising the gym floor and coaches.

In 2015, they joined the Ballarat Regional Athletic Centre as a Facility Manager. This role involved managing the facility's operations and ensuring smooth functioning. Additionally, during their time at FedUni Australia from 2015 to 2016, Josh served as a PASS Leader, providing academic support and guidance to students.

In 2017, Josh switched industries and joined the AFL (Australian Football League) as the Coaching Development & Auskick Intern. This role provided him with exposure to coaching development programs and Auskick initiatives. Josh later took on the position of National Coach Membership Coordinator, where they facilitated the coordination of memberships for coaches across the country.

In 2020, Josh joined Western Health as a Learning Management System Administrator. In this role, they administered the organization's learning management system.

Currently, they hold the position of Learning Solutions & Services Lead at the AFL, a role they started in November 2020.

Josh Attwood completed their Bachelor's degree in Sport Management/Business (Marketing) from Federation University Australia between 2014 and 2017. Prior to that, they attended Ballarat High School from 2008 to 2013 to complete their VCE, but their field of study during that time is unspecified.
