Lachlan White has a diverse range of work experience in event management and operations. Lachlan started their career in 2017 as a Sport and Venue Operations Manager for the World Masters Games, where they coordinated venue logistics and implemented operational plans. In 2017, they also worked as an Assistant Venue Operations Manager for the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games Corporation, managing stakeholder expectations and overseeing various functional areas. In 2018, they worked as a Site Manager for Tennis Australia's Australian Open, where they managed trade works and built cooperative relationships with external stakeholders. Lachlan then joined the Collingwood Football Club in 2019 as a Match Day Operations Coordinator, focusing on fan experience and sponsor activation. In the same year, they also worked at Blink Experience as an Operations Manager for the Diriyah Arena, overseeing marquee sporting events. In 2020, they worked as a Site Manager for APP Corporation Pty Ltd, successfully coordinating a large event site despite a cancelled event. In 2021, they joined Cirka as a Venue Manager for AAMI Park, managing staff, budgeting, and event day delivery. In 2022, they worked as a Site Manager for iEDM's Gold Coast 500, and in 2023, they became a Senior Events Executive for the AFL, utilizing their experience in event management. Lachlan has proven skills in time management, budgeting, and stakeholder management, and has consistently delivered successful events and projects throughout their career.

Lachlan White attended Griffith University from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management / Exercise Science. In January 2020, Lachlan also received a Construction Induction (White Card) certification from WorkSafe Victoria.
