Lauren Porter

National Participation Workforce & Training Lead at Australian Football League

Lauren Porter has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. Lauren began their career in 2008 as a Secretary at Scott Tilley Chartered Accountant, where they worked until 2012.

From 2012 to 2015, Lauren worked as a Receptionist at Salesforce, after which they transitioned to the role of Training Coordinator from 2015 to 2017. Lauren then became a Training Administration & Operations Specialist at Salesforce from 2017 to 2020. Following that, they held the position of Senior Specialist, Trailhead Sales & Operations from 2020 to 2022, and later became the Training Administration & Operations Associate Manager from 2022 to 2023.

Currently, Lauren is employed at the AFL - Australian Football League as the National Participation Workforce & Training Lead since 2023.

Lauren Porter began their education at Cornerstone College from 2003 to 2007. It is unclear what degree or field of study they pursued during this time. In 2014, they enrolled at Swinburne University of Technology and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Sports Management. In November 2020, Lauren obtained a certification in Marketing Analytics and Insights from RMIT University.
