Matthew K. has a diverse work history, starting in 2015 as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant at Vibe Teacher Recruitment. In 2015, they also worked as a Denim Specialist at Nudie Jeans. The following year, in 2016, they became a Membership Sales Officer at the North Melbourne Football Club. In the same year, they also took on the role of Product Support Administrator at the AFL - Australian Football League. Matthew then progressed to become a Membership Club Support Coordinator within the same organization. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as an Events Coordinator at the AFL. Matthew then transitioned to the role of Broadcasting Executive at the AFL from 2020 to 2022, followed by being a Broadcasting Lead for a brief period in 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Program Manager - Community Football and AFL Products at the AFL.
