Nicole Thompson

Nicole Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning various companies in event management and operations. Nicole currently holds the position of Manager - Premium Membership, Experience and Operations at the AFL - Australian Football League since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Victoria Racing Club, where they held multiple roles including Senior Manager Commercial Operations Delivery and Commercial Operations Manager. In these roles, Nicole was responsible for managing corporate hospitality venues, public dining marquees, and restaurants, as well as organizing non-raceday events and managing major accounts and partnerships. Before Victoria Racing Club, they worked at Harness Racing Victoria as the Business Development Manager, where they focused on increasing dinner and conference guest traffic and managing function spaces and events. Nicole'searliest work experience was as an Events and Operations Manager at Cliftons, where they managed internal events and client bookings for the organization's venue facility in Adelaide.

Nicole Thompson completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics at the University of Adelaide. Nicole also pursued a Bachelor of Laws degree, specializing in Law, from the same university.
