Sebastian Spagnuolo

Sebastian Spagnuolo currently serves as the Regional Talent Operations Lead for the Calder Cannons at the AFL, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Sebastian was the Chief Executive Officer of Coburg Football Club from November 2014 to June 2023, excelling in various aspects of club management including player recruitment, stakeholder engagement, and financial oversight. Earlier roles at Coburg included List and Talent ID Manager, where responsibilities involved recruiting players and leading talent identification efforts, and Development Coach for Forwards. Sebastian's career began at Foxtel, where a 13-year tenure included roles in sales, team leadership, and project management. Additional experience includes serving as a Football Writer and Draft Analyst for The New Daily, and a volunteer position in talent identification for Northern Knights FC. Educational qualifications include a Professional Certificate in AFL List Management, an Advanced Certificate in Identifying and Developing Young AFL Talent, and a Certificate IV in Business Sales.
