Zara O'Keeffe

Zara O'Keeffe currently serves as the National Participation Initiatives & Events Delivery Lead at the AFL, where Zara oversees both Women's and Girls' participation initiatives and event delivery. Prior to this, Zara held the position of Commercial and Operations Manager at AFL Goulburn Murray, managing a team responsible for regional league operations. Zara's extensive experience also includes roles at Goulburn-Murray Water, focusing on education, design, and customer relations, as well as a coordinator position with NVIRP, concentrating on modernizing irrigation systems. Additionally, Zara worked in international market coordination at SPC Ardmona. Zara holds a degree in Commerce with a focus on Sports Management and Marketing from Deakin University.
