Christopher Hills

Christopher Hills is an experienced professional specializing in human rights and organizational culture, currently serving as the Acting Supervisor of the Respect@Work Information Service and Senior Investigator/Conciliator at the Australian Human Rights Commission since March 2016. This national service focuses on providing trauma-informed information regarding sexual harassment and sex-based discrimination in workplaces. Christopher has contributed to significant reviews, including the independent assessments of workplace culture at EY Oceania and bullying and misconduct within NSW Parliamentary workplaces. Previous roles include working as a Legal/Policy Officer at Redfern Legal Centre, a Legal Officer at IARC, and a Law Clerk at the University of Newcastle Legal Centre. Christopher holds a combined Bachelor of Laws and Communication degree from the University of Newcastle and additional qualifications in mediation and safety representative practices.
