Merle Mendonca Fcphr

Merle Mendonca FCPHR is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at the Australian Human Rights Commission since September 2023, Merle has held significant positions including Assistant Director Workforce Relations & Engagement at the Australian Digital Health Agency, and Assistant Director People Strategy and Planning at the Australian Financial Security Authority. Previous roles also include Human Resources Business Partner at the NSW Electoral Commission and Manager of Human Resources at the Health Education and Training Institute, among others. Merle holds a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Masters of Management in Human Resources from Monash University, alongside various qualifications in project management and training.
