Director - Defence Cultural Reform Collaboration [baseline Clearance] at Australian Human Rights Commission

Tara Crisp is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in human rights and policy reform. Since July 2017, Tara has served as the Director of Defence Cultural Reform Collaboration at the Australian Human Rights Commission, with previous roles including Acting Director, Senior Policy Officer, Project Officer, and Research Officer. Prior to this, Tara worked at Thomson Reuters Legal Australia from 2006 to 2014 in various positions such as Segment Specialist and Product Manager, and held the role of Production Editor at the NSW Parliamentary Counsel's Office in 2005. Earlier in Tara's career, valuable editorial experience was gained at LexisNexis Butterworths. Tara holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Human Rights and Social Justice from the University of New South Wales and a Combined Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws (BA LLB) from Macquarie University.
