Niharika Hiremath OAM is an accomplished professional in the mental health sector, currently serving as a Lived Experience Partner at Mind Australia and as Board Chair for the Australian Institute for Diversity in Mental Health. Niharika co-founded AIDMH to enhance cultural responsiveness in mental health services. As Co-Chair and Managing Director of Solis - Culture & Mental Health, Niharika advocates for multicultural mental health. Additional roles include Technical Expert for SHARC's Lived and Living Experience Leadership Strategy, Non-Executive Board Director at The Iceberg Foundation, and various advisory positions at headspace, contributing to national mental health initiatives. With a Master of Social Work from the University of Melbourne and extensive experience in mental health advocacy and support, Niharika is dedicated to improving outcomes for diverse communities.
