Nathan Winter

Nathan Winter is a seasoned safety and health professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as President of the International Network of Safety and Health Professional Organisations (INSHPO) since December 2018, Nathan has also held various leadership positions within the organization. In addition to this role, Nathan is the Director of Nathan Winter & Associates, a management consultancy specializing in Governance, Risk, Safety, Quality, and Assurance advisory services. Nathan's background includes significant contributions to the Australian Institute of Health & Safety, where turnaround efforts led to consecutive surpluses, as well as impactful roles in organizations such as Ausdrill and Cummins. Nathan holds multiple degrees, including a Masters of Business Administration and a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management, showcasing a solid educational foundation in business and safety management.
