Philip Harlow

Philip Harlow is a retired individual with extensive experience in project management and leadership roles. Philip served as the Vice President of the WA Chapter of the Australian Institute of Project Management, previously holding positions as President of WAPMA and AIPM WA Chapter President. Philip also served as AIPM National President for a term and remained on the AIPM Board for several years. Philip obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from UNSW.
