Donna Botfield has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Donna started their career as a Teacher at Cricklewood School in London in 1997. Donna then worked as an Assistant Principal at Mary Brooksbank School from 1998 to 2001. Donna joined the NSW Department of Education in 1995, where they held multiple roles including Teacher, Special Education Teacher, and Acting Assistant Principal until 2012. In 2007, they founded and served as the CEO of ED Specially 4U, offering School Readiness and Tutor Programs. Since 2018, Donna has been associated with the Australian International School Hong Kong, initially as a Teacher and currently as the Deputy Head of Primary.
Donna Botfield pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Diploma of Education in Special Education and Teaching from Macquarie University, from 1991 to 1994. Later on, they pursued their Master of Education (MEd) in Education from The Education University of Hong Kong, from 2018 to 2020.
