Oonagh Mcgarrity

Oonagh is an experienced and passionate educator who has worked in education for the last 17 years in the UK and Australia. Oonagh has held a range of middle and senior management roles such as Welfare Coordinator, Head of Student Engagement and Retention, Head Teacher Welfare and Deputy Principal. Oonagh has mentored early career teachers and aspiring leaders and has implemented evidence-based change to whole school practices.
